We devote Thursday to Lord Vishnu. We also worship Devguru to worship Jupiter planet and Banana tree. Jupiter symbolises wisdom. The native is bestowed with knowledge, wisdom, wealth, sons and other prudent things in life by worshipping Brahaspati Dev on Thursday. Brhaspati fast should be kept on seven consecutive Thursdays beginning from Anuradha Nakshatra. Thursday pooja should be performed according to the puranas.
